I received them straight away, and in an instant fell in love with the colour and magnificence. The first time I wore them, I risked wearing them to work sooner than breaking them in. By the end of the day though, my ft felt great! These are probably the most most relaxed footwear I've worn...boots or no longer! A 12 months later, I get compliments on them each time I wear them. Buy these boots--you will no longer be disenchanted. As for the dimension, I am an 8-1/2, and most likely could have done an eight...but I like the roominess within the toe house, and would not say they are too big. They just enable more space in the entrance. I think I wouldn't like my toes squished into the tip, so am ok with the measurement.
